Our Sauna and Jacuzzi are popular facilities with members, as is our tanning booth!

There are considerable perceived benefits from both Sauna and Jacuzzi including weight loss, skin treatment, increased immunity to colds, positive mental health, muscle relaxation, negative ions and detoxification.

We also have a stand-up fast-tanning booth available for use by all members at a small additional cost. Eye protection and a range of tanning creams are available for purchase, and discounts are available for block bookings.
