What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is the process of inducing trance.

immense reservoir of potential. It's a safe, natural experience, and it's the
key to successful behaviour modification. It is gentle way to get faster
results than most traditional techniques.

accessing creative, unlimited potential, by releasing negative or limiting
habits, identifying the stressors that trigger negative behaviour or feelings;
and by managing the internal processing of stress and releasing it's negative
effects.
