What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a powerful interactive process where the coach guides and facilitates your progress towards clearly defined goals. These goals may be about any number of areas of life, such as self-confidence, motivation, relationships, career, or, more commonly, a feeling that you want more out of life and that ‘something is missing’.

A coach helps you to identify what you want to achieve and then supports you  throughout your journey to achieve your goals, helping to keep you focussed and on track and to overcome any challenges and obstacles on the way to your goal.

* supports you 100%
* helps you to explore the reality of your dreams
* knows how to listen and ask the right questions
* knows when to challenge and when to support
* puts aside all judgements and has an open mind
* is objective and ensures that goals are realistic and achievable
* helps you become more self-aware  

Coaching is a confidential one-to-one relationship between you and your coach.
