Absolute Abs
A floor based workout strengthening your abs, obliques & back muscles. Suitable for all abilities helping to give you a flatter tummy!

Box-Fit
Our boxing style fitness workout uses bags, pads and more with exercises that will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power!

Box & Burn
Box & Burn is a 'non-contact' high intensity boxing workout! Using pads and body weight exercises that will help increase Stamina and fitness!

Bootcamp
A total body workout that will challenge your fitness and burn fat. a combination of bodyweight and free weight exercises, This is a high intensity class that will be sure to get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness.

Body Pump
Looking to tone up, improve strength or burn fat? Body pump will give you an all over body workout. As you Press, squeeze and squat your way through the weighted routine!

Spin
A great intense workout combining cardio and endurance. This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride! PErfect for beginner and advanced spinners!

Kettlebell & Barbell
Using kettlebells and barbell to work every single muscle in your body you will burn fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance in a low impact workout!

Legs, Bums & Tums
A toning class that focuses on those stubborn areas that can be hard to shape. this class will help improve muscular endurance and appearance of the legs, bottom and abdominal area.

Dance Fit
Dance fit is a fitness workout that combines music with dance. Combining interval training with rhythm- giving you a great fun cardio workout!

Kettlebells
Using light kettlebell exercises to work every single muscle in your body you will burn fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance in a low impact workout!

Stretch
Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and mobile, keeping flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight increasing injury.

Core & Glues
A fun class using light weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. The low intensity high repetitions will put your glutes and abs through their paces, helping to improve balance, stability & posture.
