Fitness45 is a group gym based training session with a maximum of 5 members. This full body workout uses a range of functional, free weight and machine exercises. You get a dedicated personal trainer assisting you through your session for that extra push and motivation.
Bootcamp
A total body workout that will challenge your fitness and burn fat. a combination of bodyweight and free weight exercises, This is a high intensity class that will be sure to get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness.
Legs, Bums and Tums

Stretch

Dance fit is a fitness workout that combines music with dance. Combining interval training with rhythm- giving you a great fun cardio workout!
Absolute Abs
A floor based workout strengthening your abs, obliques & back muscles. Suitable for all abilities helping to give you a flatter tummy!
Body Pump
Looking to tone up, improve strength or burn fat? Body pump will give you an all over body workout. As you Press, squeeze and squat your way through the weighted routine!

Box-Fit
Our boxing style fitness workout uses bags, pads and more with exercises that will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power!
