This a perfect Gym. I have attended Syndale for three and half years since retiring I have attended 5 days a week and I have benefitted from the Gym with all the support from the trainers and staff, this is the best Gym I have ever been to, as I can remember when worked I went to pure Gym in London and it was unfriendly and unhelpful.
Syndale Park has amazing management and first class personal trainers the location and settings are beautiful
the building is lovely, the people
that attend are lovely and
friendly.
Syndale Gym is brilliant
and the best.

I started the gym after 2 knee replacements in 2012 just to keep them moving. I love it so much!
I am still coming 14 years later and attend 3 times per week.
I have regular 121s with Tracey to keep me on my toes.
I meet some great people
and made some nice
friends.
I am 75 years old
and I don't feel out
of place.

I've been coming to Syndale now for just over a year , I choose Syndale because it was local to me but I’ve been really impressed with the facilities on offer. It’s a great gym but the classes and, choice of classes is exceptional, as are the friendly staff. After my workout it’s great to
enjoy the sauna.

I have been over weight pretty much since the age of 5! I've tried multiple diets and gyms but nothing has stuck. This gym it's staff and members have changed all that. I'm fitter, stronger and healthier than I ever have been.I'm at the moment 19lbs lighter but the scales don't tell the full story. This place feels like home.

I joined Syndale after being advised to take a close look at my lifestyle by my doctors. It gave me the nudge I needed and I contacted Syndale to help me on the road to a healthy lifestyle!
I had previously been a member (before moving away) and knew the staff to be friendly and helpful and the facilities up to date. I had

have lost 18kgs and

healthier!

I have been a member of Syndale Fitness Club for almost 10 years.
Syndale Park is not just a place for training and exercise; it's also a space for unwinding, socializing, and recharging.
What I really love of Syndale Park is that it's a comfortable and friendly environment. A great place with excellent facilities and lots of classes to choose from.
I always attend the Fitness 45 sessions because of the excellent coaching team. All the instructors are brilliant. They ensure that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and they run the sessions with fun.
I am 60 years old and I have never felt so
fit and strong in my life!
Not only I managed to achieve great
results physically but also mentally:
the sessions have helped me with
problems related to menopause,
stress and anxiety. It definitely
boosts my wellbeing and that's why
I regularly attend the classes twice
a week.

We are in our early-mid 80s and absolutely love Syndale! We regularly attend twice per week . We have had programs designed and taken the trainers advice all included in our membership, everything is tailored to suit our goals. The club is so friendly and we always look forward to coming. The sauna is a great bonus for us too and a great way to relax after a workout.
