Fitness 45 at Syndale Park 

For just a small fee on top of your monthly membership our unique Group personal training system gives you two booked personal training sessions per week. Fitness 45 takes place in our main gym and with no more than four members at a time. You will be working with a personal trainer who will ensure you are training correctly and to the correct levels.

 

The benefits of Fitness 45 are-

 

1) Having a booked appointment helps keep a structured attendance (2 per week)

2) More time with a personal trainer for help and motivation

3) Variety as each session will be different

4) Training in a small group is much more fun and effective

5) Keeping a record card of your workout for achievement

6) Keeping a record of your important results (Measurements, Body fat, and BMI)
